Admin and Finance manager

HR manager functions:

  • Preparation of orders, coordination of Contracts and addendums for employees;
  • Migration support for highly qualified specialists (visa, work permission, migration registration, payroll notification);
  • Vacation registration;
  • Internal Time-sheets registration;
  • Salary payments control;
  • Registration and proper keeping of all documents;
  • Work with primary documentation in internal and external accountant databases.

Financial control functions under HQ supervision:

  • Gathering project Time Sheets for Client invoicing and preparation of monthly invoices;

  • Preparing weekly payment orders based on cash availability
  • Preparing Monthly Reporting pack based on Accountants & Branch Director’s inputs;

  • Travel assistance for the Kertios Moscow team;
  • Creating and uploading Expense Reports for the Branch Director and Consultants in 1C;
  • Managing daily relationships with Kertios Paris Admin team;
  • Assisting with marketing and event planning for clients;
  • Office management (purchasing office equipment, communication with suppliers);
  • Translation fm/to Russian fm/to English of documents, by requests

Expected skills

  • Work experience in international companies (more than 1 year);

Netsuite Consultant

Professional experience:

  • Minimum 4 years in NetSuite Consulting and implementation landscape
  • Strong functional skills on NetSuite for Finances and Procurement domains
