Eurasian Economic Commission news: it is proposed to extend the validity period of duty-free import, including zero rates of import customs duties for certain types of light, food, pharmaceutical, medical, chemical, pulp and paper, textile, metallurgical and other industries from October 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
The experiment on labeling dietary supplements and antiseptics will be extended until February 28, 2023. Previously, they were supposed to be completed on August 31, 2022.
Mandatory labeling of these types of products may begin on April 1, 2023.
In order to implement this agreement, the Federal Tax Service of Russia has updated the notification format, which provides for the indication of information about the EAEU member state by territory, which the goods are being moved.

Within the framework of the pilot, information on traceable goods imported into the territory of EAEU, contained in the national traceability systems of the member of the Union, is subject to exchange. At the initial stage, two countries – Russia and Belarus – will take part in the information exchange. The pilot project on the data exchange of information on the movement of goods is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement on the Traceability Mechanism of 29.05.2019, as well as the decision of the EEC Council of 21.01.2022 No. 2

- Kertios Consulting continues to implement Oracle HCM Cloud for AC Environment, a French real estate diagnostics company. On 6 June 2022, two new modules were launched: Core HR and Absence management based on Oracle HCM Cloud.
Ongoing support for system users and troubleshooting of discrepancies is underway.
The recruitment module Go-Live is scheduled at the end of June.
With the new system, AC Environment has already achieved the following goals:
- Optimised processes based on best practices and standard Oracle HCM Cloud features
- Improved company adaptation to organisational, structural and regulatory changes
- The quality of the data was enhanced by the single source of information, the Oracle HCM Cloud.
In parallel, the second phase of the project has started. The requirements for the implementation of the compensation management module are being collected.
Vasiliy Shpak, Deputy Minister Ministry of Industry and Trade, proposed to begin voluntary experiments on labelling of new trade groups this year, such as canned products, fish products, soda, juice, alcohol, baby goods, electronics and pet food.
The government has placed on hold mandatory labeling requirements until 2023 earlier. Such suspension applied to trade groups that were not under obligatory requirements before March 1, 2021.
